Returns

All returns should be sent to Online Boat Warehouse, via an insured and trackable method, to the following address:

Returns made within 30 days of the original purchase will be credited back, returns made outside of this 30 day window will be issued a store credit. Items that were purchased via a special order may incur a restocking fee of up to 20% of their retail value and all items returned must be in new, unused condition.

Exchanges
All exchanges should be sent to Online Boat Warehouse, via an insured and trackable method, to the following address:

Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Any difference will be refunded.

Additional Notes for Returns and Exchanges
Before you hit the water, pavement or use your new product(s), Hardware and accessories should be laid out prior to installation to create a mock up of the application. Do not install or use items until you are satisfied they are correct and appropriate for their intended use.

Returned or exchanged items must be new, unused and in original condition and packaging with the manufacturer's tags still attached.
